Hey, I'm Briana! I help activists, educators, movement leaders, cultural workers, healthcare professionals, therapists, students, healers and care workers prevent and recover from burnout. As we witness systems collapse and violence around the world escalate, we face compassion fatigue, self-doubt, role strain, identity loss, conflict with colleagues and comrades, secondary and vicarious trauma, moral injury, and struggle to navigate racial, cultural, social, and political stress on the frontlines. I am a radical Black, queer, abolitionist, eco-feminist, freedom worker, and wellness coach devoted to uplifting Black, Indigenous, Women of Color and LGBTQ+ kin. My offerings center healing, justice, decolonization, personal and collective liberation. I truly believe I am not free until everyone is free.
