The first step towards healing can be reaching out for help, which is also the hardest and most difficult part. Having been on both sides of this process, my goal is to make that as easy and seamless as possible for you. I aim to create a non-judgmental, safe space for each of my clients. No matter how great or small the issue, I will work collaboratively with you to help you navigate life's hurdles, while exploring all of the factors that have created your own unique self, and embracing the changes or transformations you hope to obtain.
