I collaborate with clients to re-establish (or establish for the first time) a sense of self-worth. I provide a safe space to explore and process any trauma they carry with them. I enjoy supporting clients as they cope with change, whether that's a pending move, acclimating to a new location, a change in relationships, or uncertainty about the future. My clients tell me that I exude a sense of safety and belonging for them. I offer clients an individualized approach to treatment and identify coping skills that best suit their needs. I use a strengths-based approach to empower clients towards changing their behaviors to align with their core values.
