Sometimes our lives are not the way we hope they will be. Whether it is because we're working through hardships such as painful losses, overwhelming anxiety, debilitating depression, or low self-esteem; reaching out to someone with tools can help. This is where I can come in! I have been counseling clients for over 10 years. My specialty lies in grief and loss, life transitions, and recovery from substance abuse and other addictions. I have also helped my clients in their struggles with anxiety, OCD, depression, codependency, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and infertility.
