I’m a direct, honest therapist who believes real change happens when we stop pretending things are fine. I work especially well with people navigating addiction, whether you’re struggling yourself or affected by someone else’s use. I understand the tug-of-war between wanting relief and wanting control — and how exhausting it is to live in that space. I also get how hard it is to find balance in a world that moves too fast and demands too much. If you’re tired of surface-level fixes, quick advice, or being told what you should do, we’ll probably work well together. I’m not a quick-fix or band-aid therapist.
