Having a counselor who will meet you where you are in your process and provide a safe environment, can help reduce nervousness associated with starting counseling services. I want to help you process life events, challenge destructive thinking, improve your ability to navigate difficult situations, and live a fulfilling life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama. I am interested in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have experience assisting clients with various concerns including anxiety, depression, social isolation, relationship concerns, academic performance concerns, oppositional defiant behaviors, grief/loss and more.
