I am committed to supporting individuals through diverse challenges. My therapeutic approach, rooted in trauma-informed and person-centered principles, demonstrates an understanding and empathy for individuals navigating their healing journeys. As a Hispanic and first-generation college graduate, my personal connection to cultural challenges and generational trauma adds a unique dimension to my practice. I have a passion for those navigating paths away from cultural demands and strive to help others in their own battles. The first thing we do together is paint a picture of what therapy is. I will let you know a little about me as a therapist, and then we will identify the challenges you have been having.
