I am accepting new clients in NC and NY virtually. I am EMDR Trained. My main goal as a therapist is to provide an emotionally safe and therapeutic atmosphere for my clients. I’ve worked with individuals across the life span and have found that my work has been most impactful with people aged preteen through young adulthood. This time is full of so much change - internally and externally. Initiating therapy can be hard. With a mixture of empathy, support, and reflection, solutions will be developed together, helping to give you a life that is more fulfilled.
