Are you and your partner feeling disconnected, stuck in patterns of conflict, or struggling to communicate effectively? Is your child struggling with big emotions, social challenges, or the pressures of school? Life’s transitions can be difficult, but you don’t have to face them alone. I love working with young adults, children, teens, and couples who are navigating life’s challenges. I take a warm, collaborative, and client centered approach. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space so that you feel heard, understood, and empowered to build resilience and find meaningful ways to move forward.
