Hello there and welcome! My background is in working with relationships, trauma, anxiety, and emotional and behavioral disorders. I like to take a humanistic and person-centered approach in my work, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a Strengths-Based Perspective. I enjoy working with all age groups. In my free time I enjoy reading, yoga and spending time with my dogs Nova and Oakley!
