I work with my clients to help them move from barely surviving to a more grounded and skillful way of living. My approach is holistic: we’ll look at how your emotional and physical health affect each other and how changes in your physical wellness (like sleep, movement, and nutrition) will impact mood and nervous system regulation. Together, we’ll develop coping tools, self-awareness, and sustainable rhythms that support healing and wellness.
