Admitting to yourself that you may need help navigating everything life has thrown at you can be scary, but you don't have to do it alone. My number one goal for my clients is that they never feel alone in their struggles and feel supported on their path to living a fulfilling life. Whether you are struggling with a mental health issue or simply needing someone to process everyday life and feelings with, I believe that therapy can be helpful for everyone. I aim to create a safe space for my clients to come as they are and begin that first step of growing into the person they want to be.
