My ideal client is someone who’s tired of feeling stuck in cycles of pain—whether that looks like trauma, chronic suicidality, relationship struggles, ADHD, OCD, addiction recovery, or the endless loop of anxiety and depression. They want to understand themselves better, stop fighting their own brain, and build relationships that feel safe and real. They’re seeking healing, but also someone who “gets it”—someone who knows life is messy, that humor is a survival skill, and that therapy isn’t about perfection.
