I help clients develop clarity and confidence—both in understanding their emotional experiences and in trusting their ability to create meaningful change. I strive to create a space that is safe, supportive, and validating. I believe therapy works best when conversations feel honest, collaborative, and respectful, and when you feel comfortable being yourself.
