Healing begins with self-compassion, accepting our emotions, and recognizing that we are deserving of change. My goal is to help clients cultivate self-compassion in a validating and supportive environment, empowering them to navigate life's challenges. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider through Postpartum Support International, I have specialized training in supporting parents through concerns related to fertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and the postpartum period. I also have expertise with issues such as anxiety, grief, trauma, and difficult relationships. I enjoy and welcome clients outside these areas as well!
