After many years supporting children, teens, & adults with learning differences, ADHD, and mental health challenges in school settings, I’m excited to bring that experience into more personalized and connected work with clients in private practice. My style is calm, grounding, and encouraging- creating a space where people of all ages can feel safe, understood, and able to try new things at their own pace. Whether I’m working with a child exploring big emotions, a teen finding their confidence, or an adult facing life’s complex transitions, my goal is the same: to help you discover your strengths, gain clarity, and feel empowered.
