Are you someone who has been told to "stop being so sensitive"? That your emotional reactions are "too much"? Whether you've heard this from yourself or others, I work with clients on learning to love and accept these parts of them and integrate them into a useful and unique part of their identity. Radical authenticity and nonjudgment is at the forefront of my practice in order to create a truly holistic space. Clients can know that their needs, conflicts, life transitions, and goals will be addressed and supported in a therapeutic relationship with me as I serve as a personal advocate in your healing journey. As a Filipina American, my niche lies in working with second-gen, Asian Americans who are navigating how culture and upbringing influence our direct adult relationships. I want clients to know that my office is a space to address intergenerational conflicts and traumas, family dynamics, socioeconomic disparities, and the impact of systems on our psyche.
