Life is hard and having support along the way can help take away some of the heaviness of it all. I am personally passionate about therapy because while you don’t need my whole back story, I went through a major loss, and it took me 9 years to personally see a therapist. Looking back on my journey to therapy and becoming an MFT, getting started felt like the hardest part but I am thankful I decided to start healing. I know it can be difficult to reach out for help, and I want to be here to support you if you have decided it is time. I want you to know there is light on the other side of hard things and that things can get better.
