My role is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore and address patterns that may be interfering with your well-being, empowering you to make meaningful and lasting changes. I take a collaborative and client-centered approach, believing that each person is the expert of their own life. While CBT forms the foundation of her therapeutic approach, I integrate additional evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing.
