Being human is hard! Luckily, we don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in helping teens and adults healing from complex trauma who struggle to create and maintain the intimate friendships and relationships that they desire. I also support people navigating spiritual and existential curiosities and crises. Together we move from experiences of overwhelm or meaninglessness, towards a sense of groundedness and purpose. Through my own personal experiences navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and spiritual/existential exploration, I am able to authentically connect to my clients.
