I work with clients wanting to see changes in their lives but are unsure how to achieve that change. I have a diverse background from working in a community clinic, an inpatient drug and alcohol rehab center, and private practice. I've often worked with those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, work-related problems, and unhealthy family patterns. Through therapy I have seen clients break cycles of trauma, become sober from their addiction, able to engage in healthy relationships, and manage their anxiety and depression.
