Life can be hard, but we are stronger and more capable than we believe. I pride myself in assisting teenagers and young adults in getting through the tough experiences, understanding that feelings are temporary, and learning how to manage their anxiety and depression. CBT, EMDR, and ACT assist me in helping teenagers and young adults to work through underlying and current issues. I also use these techniques to help them to process past experiences and trauma, including recent health diagnosis.
