Welcome! I am so happy to connect with you here and hopefully in person. It is a courageous step to pursue counseling and begin to trust a new therapeutic relationship. I strive to be worthy of that trust as we collaborate together. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been in practice since 2008. I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy as well and utilize these skills and methods in session. Working with couples is one of my main passions and areas of expertise, ranging from pre-marital couples to empty nesters and everything in between. I understand the complexities of marriage and the skills needed to work toward growth, connection, and health in your relationship.
