Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, family conflict, ADHD, or mood disorders such as BPD or ODD. They often feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or trapped in patterns they’re ready to change. I work with people seeking growth—whether they’re clear on their goals or just beginning the journey. Through Plutonic, I accept health insurance and offer a sliding scale to keep therapy accessible. My aim is to create a safe space, provide practical tools, and guide mindset shifts that lead to lasting positive change. I also accept Medicad Through Social Empowerment Center.
