Together, we can work toward creating a life filled with meaning, connection, and peace. I specialize in treating trauma, eating disorders, body image issues, emotion dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I am committed to providing an affirmative space for clients, honoring their unique identities and mental health experiences. In addition to my therapy practice, I currently serve as an Adjunct Professor and Supervisor at Alliant International University.
