It’s all about you being your best you! I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to learn, explore, and grow as you seek to be the best version of yourself. If you are looking for a counselor to come along side you during this time of transition, acceptance, challenges, or reflection, I am available to provide support. My primary focus is to hear and see you so I may assist you in your personal and professional purpose/goals. I have been providing professional counseling services for over 18 years. I am a Licensed Professional Counseling with the state of Georgia and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the state of Florida. I especially love working with men and women who are dealing with life difficulties and transitions - whether empty nesting, grief/bereavement, spiritual/existential issues, career changes, relationship changes, or graduating from college.
