It is my privelage to be able to meet with individuals and provide a safe and calm environment where they are able to express their needs and values. I have been a social worker in Iowa City for eleven years, providing private practice counseling for five years. I am trained to help clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and those coping with life stressors. I enjoy working with all ages of clients and have primarily focused my practice on adolescents and adults.
