Whether that’s due to trauma, complex grief, family conflict, or a sense of feeling lost in who they are. I work with kids, couples, and families who want relief from overwhelm, clarity in their relationships, and a deeper understanding of themselves. They want to feel safer in their bodies, more connected to their loved ones, and more at peace with their story.
