Anxiety and OCD have a way of misdirecting attention and efforts away from what is most meaningful in life, robbing individuals of the enriching life they desire. In my practice, I am dedicated to helping people unhook from unhelpful cycles of thinking and behaving, reconnect with what matters most to them, and take effective actions toward meaningful change. For some, this means first working together to better understand what your values are and how to get motivated to move towards them. For others, it means diving in to action right away.
