It can be hard to start the process of healing. I strive to provide you with a safe non-judgmental place to explore, heal, learn and grow. I am Bridget Pollack-Naber. I have been a mental health therapist for 16 years, Registered Play Therapy Supervisor, Qualified Supervisor for LMFT/LMHC in FL and Approved Supervisor for LMFT, LPC and LPCC in MN and am EMDR trained. I provide therapy services for people as young as 5 years old though adulthood. I work with individuals, children and families to focus on building coping, honoring experiences, building skills to help enhance life. I am currently providing services via telehealth I specialize in Trauma, working with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I have experience in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and am affirming. I provide EMDR, Play, Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative and Systems interventions that are focused on your needs and experience. I am collaborative working with you to help identify your goals and needs.
