Welcome! I am a CT Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I am accepting clients state-wide via telehealth but also have office availability. I primarily work with adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, trauma (complex and PTSD). My orientation is client-centered, strength based, and integrative. I bring warmth, compassion and authenticity to my clients. My goal is to help you identify your goals and gain clarity by helping you design a plan to gain self-awareness, increase psychological flexibility, develop coping strategies allowing for growth and restore a sense of increased well-being. My BA(s) in Psychology and Philosophy helps inform my eclectic healing approach. I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I am also fond of Psychodynamic Integration and Maslow's Self-Actualization. As a Veteran of the US military, I welcome military and first responders.
