I am a Master's level LPCC who works with children ages 6+, teens, families, and adults. I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach that supports healing through the mind-body connection. My work is rooted in the belief that each person carries innate wisdom and the capacity for self-healing when given space, safety, and support. I integrate Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brain Synchronization Therapy, Play Therapy, and Somatic-Based practices. My approach is informed by Polyvagal Theory, helping clients regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with a sense of safety and inner balance.
