Hi, My name is Bridgett, and I'm glad you're here. Taking the step to look for support is not always easy, and I appreciate you taking the steps to explore your options. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I specialize in helping adults (18+) who are struggling with anxiety and depression. In our work together, we will focus on identifying patterns and triggers that keep you feeling stuck, as well as outdated belief systems that may no longer serve you. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can gain clarity, learn practical coping strategies, and begin moving toward greater balance and emotional well being.
