I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Maryland and Virginia working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults’ individual sessions only and specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, and Christian counseling using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution-focused therapy to assist my client’s empowerment and invoking change.
