I am passionate about helping people understand the connection between past and present, the interaction between our internal and external life, and how to navigate challenges with hope and courage. My clinical approach is Cognitive-Behavioral infused with an appreciation for holistic health. I blend intuition, insight, sincerity and humor to help clients explore, reflect upon, and develop inspiration from their own unique experiences. I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques to support self-exploration and expression in healing and fulfilling ways. I am also trained in EMDR a technique for processing trauma.
