I work with young adults experiencing anxiety or depression related to trauma, general mental health and life stressors, relationship/family conflict, or need parenting support. I also work with adolescents 12+ experiencing anxiety, depression, low confidence, conflict in friendships, and emotional/behavioral difficulties.
