Feeling stuck or looking for something different? I offer in office traditional therapy sessions in a peaceful, private, country setting, focusing on CBT, DBT, and soultion focused methods. I also offer Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning opportunities for individuals and groups. I specialize in helping people identify their strengths and unhelpful thought patterns to find solutions to their problems. Equine assisted work is a great option for people not interested in traditional therapy and others who have not been "successful" in other therapy settings. In addition to psychotherapy, we offer several group opportunities for children, adolescents, and adults.
