Hi, my name is Bridgit Sims. I provide mental health therapy to clients in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Although I treat a range of mental health concerns my primary areas of proficiency are neurodivergence and anxiety. As an autistic person with ADHD, I am passionate about supporting and working with other neurodivergent individuals. I offer affordable neuro-affirming ADHD/Autism evaluations and talk therapy. I strive to help my clients develop greater confidence, authenticity and self-awareness while they work towards their goals.
