Many of the clients I work with are navigating grief and loss. Sometimes this is the death of a loved one, and other times it’s a quieter, harder-to-name loss—loss of trust, safety, home, identity, independence, or the life you thought you would have. These experiences often show up as anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. I also work with addiction and avoidance. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when coping strategies that once helped are no longer working. Together, we gently explore patterns of thought and behavior while building healthier ways to heal with new intention.
