My style prioritizes compassion and empathy using a non- judgmental, person- centered approach that lays the foundation for our work together. I have 15 years of experience in the field of social work, working with children, teens and adults in a variety of settings. I provide support and guidance in addressing symptoms to children, teens and adults such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, ASD, PTSD, trauma, suicidal ideation, self-injury, and adjustment to major life changes. I utilize various modalities including trauma informed care, solutions focused therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
