I am a New York State licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked in the mental health field in various capacities for the past 16 years. I have experience working with individuals of all ages including, children, adults, couples and families with a wide variety of challenges and symptoms. I have knowledge and experience working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, communication skills, self-empowerment, parenting issues, substance abuse, legal concerns, grief and loss, health related challenges, and child welfare. I also have significant background in coordinating care with community-based resources.
