Do you ever feel like you experience the world more intensely than others? I work with sensitive souls and deep thinkers- often teens and adults who feel misunderstood or out of place. Many carry the weight of others’ expectations, struggle with body image, disordered eating, grief, or a lingering discomfort moving through the world. They long to feel at home in their body and find relief from patterns and pressures that have kept them small for years. At the core, they’re seeking healing and a relationship with themselves that feels authentic, compassionate, grounded, and empowering.
