About
I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and/or other mental health stressors. My clients want to become more aware of how their past experiences and current stressors are affecting their thoughts and behaviors. Their end goal is to develop a loving and compassionate relationship with themselves and to learn boundaries so that their relationships with others are supportive and healthy. I have experience with domestic violence survivors, am trained in TFCBT, and am IFS informed. I am a clinician in the adult support groups at Ele's Place, where I previously facilitated children's groups. I take a strengths-based approach to therapy, using elements from ACT and positive psychology, and I believe in creative self-expression.
