About

With 25 years of experience as a school social worker and as an LCSW, I understand how overwhelming life can feel when anxiety, stress, or neurodiversity challenges keep us from reaching our fullest potential. I’ve spent my career supporting children, teens, parents, and educators as they navigate the ups and downs of school, relationships, and self-discovery. Whether you’re a child struggling with big feelings, a teen coping with social pressure, a parent supporting a neurodiverse child, or an educator feeling burned out, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Let’s work together to create calmer, brighter days ahead. View 5 Photos I draw from my training and experience using CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, narrative, and play therapy through a trauma-informed, strength-based, and neurodiversity-affirming lens. In addition to my clinical work, I served as adjunct faculty for Aurora University’s Graduate School of Social Work for six years, where I’ve had the privilege of mentoring new graduates.
