Brighter Days Wellness is currently accepting clients ages 13 and up. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re feeling lost after a BIG change, struggling with anxiety or depression, or carrying the weight of a past trauma, you deserve support. Maybe you recently graduated from school & feel stuck or you’ve moved away from home and are overwhelmed with anxiety. Perhaps you’re realizing patterns that no longer serve you and want change but you don’t know where to start. Our therapeutic goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, empowered, & equipped to move through healing at your own pace.
