Life is an ever-changing journey with many people facing ever-changing pitfalls and struggles. Society continues to push barriers onto people, making it hard to sustain and thrive. Due to various reasons, people find themselves struggling with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and other issues reinforcing unwanted and old patterns. Ideally, I am looking for people who want to make change, even if they feel resistant to the idea right now. Personally, I look to help those individuals who are at least contemplating growth, change, and coming out of the self-constructed safety box.
