Everyone needs to feel needed and respected! I believe this is a basis to having a good sense of self. However, sometimes life's circumstances prohibit us from being our best. Not feeling okay is fine but not getting support is not okay. We all have friends we can talk to but having a designated therapist to focus on you and guide you through relevant processes can be a boon to achieving your goals.
