I prefer to work with clients who are navigating the lasting effects of trauma—whether from childhood neglect, abusive relationships, medical experiences, careers witnessing human suffering, or life-threatening events. They may feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by emotions. They want to feel safe, rebuild relationships, and regain control and trust in themselves. Their goals include reducing anxiety, healing emotional pain, and rediscovering joy and purpose. They seek a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to process their experiences and move toward a fulfilling life. I specialize in severe trauma, helping individuals process experiences that shape how they perceive danger—childhood neglect, abusive relationships, careers in human suffering, or life-threatening events. Through compassionate care and proven techniques like EMDR, I guide clients toward healing, safety, and reclaiming trust in themselves and the world.
