As a dedicated psychotherapist, I am deeply committed to fostering healing and growth in my clients. Growing up in a diverse community, I witnessed firsthand the impact of mental health challenges on individuals and families. This ignited my passion for understanding psychological resilience and the transformative power of therapy. I have worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Each client’s story has taught me the importance of empathy, active listening, and creating non-judgmental space for exploration. In my practice, I am driven by the belief that every person has the capacity for change and growth. My goal is to guide individuals on their journeys, helping them to uncover their potential and build meaningful connections with themselves and others.
