As a dedicated psychotherapist, I am deeply committed to fostering healing and growth in my clients. Growing up in a diverse community, I witnessed firsthand the impact of mental health challenges on individuals and families. This ignited my passion for understanding psychological resilience and the transformative power of therapy. I have worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Each client’s story has taught me the importance of empathy, active listening and non-judgmental space for exploration. My therapeutic style is grounded in helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I work with clients to identify negative thought patterns and beliefs that may be contributing to their difficulties. I strive to empower my clients by helping them gain insight and develop practical coping strategies.
